High voltage dry type series reactor

RR series high-voltage dry series reactors are suitable for 6～35kV power systems. They are connected in series with parallel capacitors to form an LC circuit to suppress the distortion of the grid voltage waveform, control the harmonic components flowing through the capacitors and limit the inrush current of the capacitor combination.

·Designed with dedicated software

· Strong ability to withstand short-circuit current

· Optimize the selection of core magnetic flux density and wire current density, with low noise, low loss, long life, and low temperature rise

· The iron core reactor coil is cast with epoxy resin

· Rated frequency: 50Hz

· Number of phases: single-phase or three-phase

· System rated voltage: 6, 10, 35kV

· Rated reactance rate

0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 1%, mainly used to limit the closing inrush current

4.5%, 5%, 6%, used to limit the closing inrush current and suppress the 5th and above harmonics

12%, 13%, used to limit the closing inrush current and suppress the 3rd and above harmonics

· Installation location: indoor and outdoor

· Ambient temperature: -40℃～＋40℃

· Relative humidity: the relative humidity does not exceed 90%

· Altitude: ≤2000m

· Maximum wind speed: 35m/s

· Seismic requirements: able to withstand the action of an earthquake intensity of 8 degrees without being damaged

· Anti-pollution ability: the creepage distance of the external insulation is not less than 25mm/kV (relative to the highest working voltage of the system)
