The pipeline starts from Baise, Guangxi in the East and ends at Kunming, Yunnan in the west, passing through 11 counties and cities. The total length of the project is 800 km, and the designed capacity is 7 million tons / year. There are nine oil transportation stations along the whole line, and the supporting Guangnan oil depot and Mengzi oil depot have been completed and put into operation at the same time, with a total capacity of about 80000 cubic meters. A total of 162 sets of Hertz high voltage capacitors are used.
