The project is located near Lunnan gas gathering station of West to East Gas Transmission in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is invested and constructed by PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Company. It is planned to recover hydrocarbon components from some rich natural gas, build large-scale natural gas light hydrocarbon recovery plant, and produce LPG and stable light hydrocarbon products. A total of 68 sets of Hertz low voltage capacitor reactors are used.
