The first sewage treatment system of Sichuan Vinylon plant mainly comes from polyvinyl alcohol plant, VAE plant, vinylon plant, tank farm, loading dock, initial rainwater and domestic sewage. After homogenization, hydrolysis and acidification, a stage of complete mixed aeration, the wastewater entering the sewage treatment plant is treated by MBR system and discharged into the Yangtze River. A total of 18 Hertz high voltage capacitors are used in this project.
