The project is to meet the requirements of large discharge water exchange of Haihe River and to consider flood discharge of Hongni river. A new pump station is required at the mouth of both ends of Hongni River to meet the replacement cycle of south water system and solve the problem of flood discharge of flood and mud river. The project uses 7 Hz high voltage capacitors.
